Description
- Assess and diagnose patient conditions
Evaluate patients’ physical condition, movement issues, and medical history to identify problems. - Develop personalized treatment plans
Create customized therapy programs with goals to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. - Provide therapy and rehabilitation exercises
Use exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to help patients recover from injuries or illnesses. - Monitor progress and educate patients
Valid Physical Therapy License in the state of OR . Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
