Description

Shift:
Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00) Night 4x10-Hour (22:00 - 08:00) Work Experience:

Review and verify physicians’ medication orders for accuracy, dosage, drug interactions, and patient safety in hospitalized patients.
Prepare, dispense, and manage inpatient medications, including IV drugs, antibiotics, and controlled substances according to hospital protocols.
Monitor patients’ medication therapy, assess treatment effectiveness, and collaborate with doctors and nurses to optimize care.
Provide drug information, counseling, and guidance to healthcare staff and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
