Description

Shift: Night 4x10-Hour (20:00 - 06:30)   Work Experience:
  • Review, verify, and dispense medications for hospitalized patients according to physician orders.
  • Monitor patient medication therapies for safety, effectiveness, drug interactions, and proper dosing.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize patient treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate medication records, ensure compliance with hospital policies, and provide drug information and education to staff and patients
License:
PharmD, RPh*, TX LIC   Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
