Description
- Review, verify, and dispense medications for hospitalized patients according to physician orders.
- Monitor patient medication therapies for safety, effectiveness, drug interactions, and proper dosing.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize patient treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate medication records, ensure compliance with hospital policies, and provide drug information and education to staff and patients
PharmD, RPh*, TX LIC Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
