Description

Shift:
Day 5x8-Hour (07:30 - 16:00) Work Experience:

Assess clients’ emotional, mental, and social needs through interviews, evaluations, and case reviews.
Develop and implement treatment or support plans, including counseling, crisis intervention, and therapy services.
Coordinate with healthcare providers, schools, and community agencies to connect clients with needed resources and services.
Maintain confidential client records, monitor progress, and provide advocacy and guidance to improve client well-being

License:
MSW

BLS/CPR Certification.
