Description
- Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to identify challenges affecting daily activities and independence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve self-care, motor skills, sensory processing, and functional performance.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and training to help patients perform daily living, educational, and work-related activities effectively.
- Educate patients and caregivers, document progress, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve rehabilitation goals and optimize outcomes.
Valid Occupational Therapist License in the state of WA . Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
