Description
- Conduct overnight sleep studies (polysomnography) to evaluate and diagnose sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, insomnia, and narcolepsy.
- Prepare patients for testing by explaining the procedure, applying sensors/electrodes, and calibrating sleep monitoring equipment.
- Monitor and record physiological data during sleep, identify abnormalities, and troubleshoot equipment or signal issues as needed.
- Score and document sleep study results, maintain accurate patient records, and collaborate with physicians to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
OR Polysomnography License, RPSGT Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
