Description

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Work Experience:

Evaluate hospitalized patients to assess mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations, then develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer training, and mobility activities to improve function and promote recovery.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
Document patient evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes while educating patients and families on safe mobility, exercises, and post-discharge care.

License:
Valid Physical Therapy License in the state of PA. Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
