Description
Day 5x8-Hour (06:00 - 14:30) Work Experience:
- Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, appropriate dosing, drug interactions, allergies, and patient safety before dispensing medications.
- Prepare and dispense medications, including sterile IV medications and other hospital prescriptions, while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy, provide drug information, and support safe patient care.
- Monitor patient medication therapy
RPh Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
