Description
- Conduct clinical assessments – Evaluate patients’ mental health, emotional, psychosocial, and social needs and identify appropriate treatment approaches.
- Provide therapy and clinical interventions – Deliver individual, family, and group therapy, including counseling and crisis intervention.
- Develop and monitor treatment plans – Create individualized treatment plans, establish therapeutic goals, monitor patient progress, and modify interventions when needed.
- Coordinate care and provide case management
LCSW, LMFT, LMHC Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
