Description

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Work Experience:

- Assess client needs: Conduct interviews and assessments to identify clients’ social, emotional, financial, and support needs.
- Provide counseling and support: Offer emotional support, crisis intervention, and appropriate counseling within the scope of the role.
- Coordinate services: Connect clients with healthcare, community resources, housing, financial assistance, and other support services.
- Maintain documentation: Prepare case notes, service plans, progress reports, and maintain accurate and confidential client records.

MSW LCSW Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
