Description

Float to inpatient + outpatient

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Work Experience:

Evaluate patients’ physical function, mobility, strength, balance, and rehabilitation needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, gait, and mobility training.
Assist patients with transfers, ambulation, and use of mobility equipment while maintaining safety precautions.
Document patient progress and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support discharge planning.

License: Valid Physical Therapy License in the state of CA. Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
