Description

Assess Patients: Evaluate clients’ mental health, emotional, social, and behavioral needs through interviews and assessments.

Provide Counseling: Provide individual, family, and group therapy to help clients manage mental health and life challenges.

Develop Treatment Plans: Create and monitor individualized treatment plans and coordinate appropriate services and resources.

Case Management & Documentation: Connect clients with community resources, collaborate with healthcare providers, document progress, and maintain confidential records.
Education:
MSW
License: Must have WA licenseLCSW, LMSW Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
