Description
Skills: Required Skills & Experience: -Five (5) years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. -Experience with Care Coordination, Utilization review and discharge planning Computer literacy.
Education: Required Education: -Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accreditated Nursing Program.
Required Certifications & Licensure: -RN Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York. -PRI and Screen certification within three months of employment. -Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED). -BLS. Preferred Certifications & Licensure: -Case Management Certification.
Schedule Notes: • 5 years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. Experience with Care Coordination, Utilization review and discharge planning computer literacy. • Associate’s Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program required. • RN Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York required. • PRI and Screen certification required. • BLS required. •
