Description

Requirements

Day Shift, 4 x 10s, M - F (rotating day off depending on schedule). Start time between 5:30am and 11am. (varies slightly based on case volume. Must have CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, 2 years experience. Outpatient surgery, endoscopy, perioperative experience strongly preferred. Must be comfortable with pre-op and PACU phase II workflows. experience with moderate sedation and rapid patient turnover is a plus. fast- paced outpatient surgery and endoscopy environment. preop open heart patients and total joint patients.

Education and Work Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
Acute care facility experience: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required

Facility Specific License/Certifications:

AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS: Required

Department Specific License/Certifications:

AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS: Required
AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS: Required
