Description
Requirements
Night Shift 1900 - 0730-, 36 hours per week - rotating shifts. Must have NRP, ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring. 2 years of experience. LDRP model. No Call. Must have EPIC experience.
Education and Work Experience:
- Graduate of a school of nursing: Required
- One-year recent acute care RN experience: Required
Licenses/Certifications:
- Current RN license in state of practice: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS)?certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular?Life Support (ACLS)?certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required within 6 months of hire or transfer
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)?certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required within 6 months of hire or transfer
- AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring course required on hire and every two years for experienced nurses: Required
- Novice, or new to L&D RN?s will take the AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring course during first 6-8 months of L&D orientation then AWHONN Advanced Fetal monitoring course every two years thereafter: Required
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice: Required
Facility Specific License/Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS: Required
- AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS: Required
