Description

Job Description:
The Department of Sterile and Materials Processing is a state-of-the-art instrument processing and sterilizing facility.
The Sterile Processing Department assists in the decontamination, High Level Disinfection (HLD), assembling, sterilization and distribution of clean and sterile surgical instruments, trays and pans.
These functions are done by state-of-the-art decontamination, HLD and sterilization capital equipment.
Perform other job duties as assigned. MUST HAVES:
Certified Sterile Processor (HSPA or CBSPD)
BLS
Minimum of 3 years of experience as SPT
Large hospital experience (500 bed plus)
Must have travel experience (6 months)
