Earn up to $53/hour | Flexible Scheduling | 1:1 Patient Care
Saturday 12AM to 8AM and Sunday: 11PM to 7AM
Advanced Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care for medically fragile children and adults in home and school settings. This position offers a more personalized care model, allowing for stronger patient outcomes and professional satisfaction.

Base Pay: $45/hour

Opportunity to earn up to $53/hour with applicable differentials:

Trach: +$2/hour

Vent: +$3/hour

Key Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care (feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, central lines)

Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition

Educate patients and families on treatment plans

Our prescribed pediatric extended care (PPEC) facilities enable children with medically complex conditions to receive medical and therapeutic care at a non-residential pediatric center, where they can enjoy a daycare environment that’s safe and designed specifically for them. Currently caring for patients in Port St. Lucie, with new locations coming soon to Fort Pierce and Titusville.
