Job Description:

The physical therapist will work in a home health setting, providing care primarily to orthopedic and geriatric patients. The role involves conducting visits, performing initial assessments, and utilizing the HomeCare HomeBase EMR system.

Responsibilities:

Conduct 5 patient visits per day.
Perform start of care visits, especially for orthopedic patients.
Travel approximately 40 miles per day within Tehama County.

Requirements:

Home Health Experience.
Current BLS Certification.
License to practice as a Physical Therapist.
