Job Description:
We are seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist responsible for providing therapeutic care to adult, geriatric, and adolescent patients. The role involves managing a caseload of over 55 visits per week and requires proficiency in using the NextGen EHR system.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Fall Risk Assessments and provide case management for patients.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions for conditions such as Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Back Pain, and other orthopedic and neuro conditions.
Requirements:
- Open to new grads, but preferred candidates have 1+ years of experience.
- Ability to maintain productivity with a minimum of 11 visits per day.
