Job Description:

PT needed for immediate start. The role involves providing one-on-one care in the outpatient setting with evaluations primarily in inpatient/SWB. Flexible work schedule options include 5-8 hour days, 4-9 hour days with one 4 hour day, or 4-10 hour days. Rotating weekend coverage is required on standby with 1-2 weekends per month, with scheduling determined by Friday at 5:00 PM. Approximately 30-50% of services are required on weekends.
