Cath Lab Technologist

Shift: 8 Hour Days, 9:30 Start
Contract Length: 8 weeks

Job Description:
The Cath Lab Technologist will work in an acute care setting, supporting diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cath lab. The technologist will need to perform various procedures such as PCIs, peripherals, diagnostic caths, nephrostomy tubes, and IVC filter placements.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in cath lab procedures, providing expertise in PCIs, peripherals, and diagnostic caths.
- Train new nurses on procedures and use of equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver patient care.
Requirements:
- Certifications: ACLS, ARRT, BLS, and Fluoroscopy.
- Experience with balloon pumps and STEMI cases preferred.
- Proficiency in Cerner and Sensis charting systems.
