Description

Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist

City/State: Bakersfield, California

Shift: 8H Days Days 8-4:30p

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Start Date: 05/12/2026

Responsibilities:

Perform cardiac, spect, bone scan, bleed studies, and gastric emptying.
Operate in a department with one scanner/room and use department-specific equipment such as GE.
Utilize Radnet & Merge Unity for EMR & PACS.
May float to Mercy Downtown (approximately 6.5 miles away).

Requirements:

BLS certification and California Nuclear Medicine Technologist License (CA NMTL).
At least 2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
Availability for call after 4:30p on weekdays, rotating weekends, and holiday on-call.
