Job Description:

Experienced Physical Therapist needed for a position in the Southern Black Hills region, providing care for a variety of patient types including medically compromised and orthopedic cases.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patient needs to develop effective care plans
• Provide physical therapy interventions and document patient progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy
• SD licensure
• BLS certification
• 1 year of industry experience required
• Proficiency with general physical therapy skills, including evaluation and medical assessments
