Job Description:
Outpatient Physical Therapist role responsible for managing a caseload that involves adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Typical conditions managed include orthopedic and neurological disorders, with emphasis on case management and screening for building caseloads.
Responsibilities:
- Case management and screening to build caseloads
- Perform evaluations/assessments with DME authorization and documentation of need/order
- Conduct fall risk assessments
- Manage a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions including post-operative care
Requirements:
- Previous physical therapy experience preferred
- Proficiency in using productivity tools with an expectation of 11 visits per day
