Surgical Tech, Allied, Cardiovascular Technologist (CVOR Tech)
City/State: Omaha, Nebraska
Shift: Dayshift, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM or 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: 05/25/2026
Job Description:
The role involves scrubbing for Open Hearts, vascular procedures, and being trained for endovascular procedures. Proficiency in Coronary Artery Bypass Graft and Valve Replacement procedures is required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide surgical assistance in cardiovascular procedures.
- Participate in call coverage including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
- Experience scrubbing Open Hearts and vascular procedures.
- Certification is preferred but not required.
- BLS certification required.
- Must be skilled in Cardiac/thoracic/vascular procedures.
- Driver's license required for verification of residency outside 50-mile radius.
- Artificial nails are prohibited.
