Job Title: Registered Nurse Telemetry

Job Description:

Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry for various surgical and medical cases including neuro surgery, post craniotomies, and epilepsy monitoring at specified locations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for patients undergoing neurosurgery such as post-craniotomies and pituitary tumor removal.
• Manage urology procedures and recovery including bladder, prostate, and kidney surgeries.
• Provide post-operative care and surgical overflow management for various procedures including appendectomies and breast reductions.
• Monitor patients in epilepsy units using EEG technology and coordinate rapid response when necessary.

Requirements:

• Illinois RN License and BLS Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years' strong Med/Surg/Tele experience.
• Proficient in EPIC Charting and must submit with a passed EKG test.
• Ability to float between Skokie, Highland Park, and Glenbrook locations.
• Available to work every other weekend and as needed on holidays.
