Job Description:
Seeking a registered nurse for the Pre-Op/DaySurg/Phase 2 Recovery unit in San Antonio, Texas. The nurse will work flexible 10-hour shifts managing preoperative care and surgical discharge processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide preoperative care and preparation.
- Manage Phase II surgical discharge.
- Collaborate with medical team to ensure patient readiness and recovery.
Requirements:
- Active TX RN License.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years hospital or travel nursing experience.
- IV skills and experience with Meditech preferred.
- Must be willing to float as per policy.
