Job Description:
Registered Nurse needed for the Med Surg unit. The role does not require any on-call duties and involves working every other weekend. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Administer care to patients in a Med Surg setting, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for effective patient management.
- Perform procedures like Orthopedics, Neuro, Urology, Thyroidectomy, Hysterectomy, and DIEPs.
- Maintain a patient ratio of 5-6:1 during night shifts.
- Ensure mandatory breaks are taken during each 12-hour shift.
Requirements:
- Critical thinking skills.
- BLS/ACLS certification.
- Over a year of nursing experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and conduct relief charge duties.
