Job Description:
Participate as a crucial team member in the care of patients in the ICU/CCU unit. Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to provide high-level nursing care, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment, and following patient-focused care practices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered care with a focus on quality and safety.
- Participate in the insertion of central lines and dialysis catheters.
- Document patient information using Meditech system accurately.
Requirements:
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
- Strong critical thinking and self-motivated professional skills.
- Ability to float within core staffing as needed.
