Job Title: Registered Nurse - Oncology
City/State: Rapid City, South Dakota
Shift: 8 Hour Days, 08:00:00-16:00:00

Job Description:
The role involves providing specialized care in an outpatient oncology clinic with 32 chairs. The Registered Nurse will handle medical oncology and chemotherapy infusion for various cancer types. The average patient load is 5-8 patients per day, with a maximum of 3-4 at a time.
Requirements:
- BLS certification required
- ONS Chemo certification required
- Completion of a nursing education program approved by a board of nursing; Registered Nurse (RN) - South Dakota Board of Nursing
- At least 1.5 years of nursing experience with 1 year in Outpatient Infusion Oncology
- 1+ year EPIC Ambulatory experience
- Must have broad oncology experience including all types of cancers listed
- Comfortable with chemotherapy infusion, chart checks, patient rooming (vital signs, weight, systems check, medication reconciliation)
- Must be able to self-assign patients and maintain communication with the team
- Prior oncology travel assignments completed
