Shift: 12H Nights, 7p-7a (Block scheduling)

Job Description:
The Registered Nurse in the Labor/Delivery unit is responsible for providing direct patient care in all areas including L&D, postpartum, and nursery. Nurses are expected to function independently and collaborate with the team to ensure quality patient outcomes. Strong skills and the ability to work in diverse situations are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient care tasks including labor, delivery, postpartum, and nursery care.
- Titrate and manage drips such as Pitocin, insulin, and Magnesium Sulfate.
- Collaborate with the team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Support and back up fellow nurses to ensure effective team functioning.
Requirements:
- Current Oregon RN License or ability to obtain an OR 90 Day Emergency License.
- Required Certifications: BLS, NRP.
- Experience in Labor/Delivery, postpartum, nursery, and intermediate nursery care is essential.
- Ability to operate central fetal monitoring systems and use FE Centricity Perinatal.
