Job Description:

The Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and developing comprehensive treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. The role involves providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patients' physical function and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure continuity of care.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to support ongoing recovery at home.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive clinical environment.

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice (or compact eligibility).
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent outpatient experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to new environments quickly.
• Floating Requirement: This position requires floating to clinically appropriate units as needed, within the clinician’s scope of practice, licensure, and demonstrated competencies.
