Job Title: PT (Physical Therapist)

City/State: Fort Morgan, Colorado

Shift: 10H Days 8a-6p Monday-Thursday Flexible -36 hour guaranteed but up to 40 as needed

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Start Date: 06/01/2026

Job Description:

Pediatric and adult outpatient therapy with a flexible schedule, mostly outpatient with potential for early intervention and occasional assistance with inpatient acute. Includes treatment of conditions such as developmental delay, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic issues.

Responsibilities:

Treat around 8-10 patients per day
Cover St Eliz hospital
Self-schedule patients with blocked time for inpatient evaluations and documentation
Very rare occasional weekends on call

Requirements:

BLS (AHA)
CO PT license
Some pediatric experience
