Job Title
RN (Registered Nurse), Med/Tele
City/State: Durango, Colorado
Shift: 12H Nights, 19:00:00-07:00:00, 6-9 weekend shifts in a 6 week schedule
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: 06/01/2026
Job Description:
The Registered Nurse in the Med/Tele unit is responsible for providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population, including cardiac, neuro, ortho, oncology, renal, and urology post-surgical patients. Nurses will work within a multidisciplinary team and may be required to float to various units within Zone 5 as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a Med/Tele setting
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes
- Titrate Heparin drips as part of treatment plans
- Float to other units based on staffing needs
Requirements:
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of MS-Tele experience
- Preferred prior neuro experience
