Job Description:

A Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients with a focus on Neuro and Stroke cases, utilizing EPIC Charting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to ICU patients.
• Monitor patient progress and administer medications as required.
• Be flexible to float to other units and facilities when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports/charts on patient condition.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of strong ICU experience, specifically with Neuro and Stroke patients.
• Illinois RN License, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certification required.
• Completion of EKG test with a passing score of 80% or higher at submission.
• Must be available to work every other weekend and as needed on holidays.
