Job Description:
This role involves working in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) providing specialized nursing care to cardiovascular patients in a high-acuity environment.
Responsibilities:
- Care for intubated patients
- Administer and manage titrating vasoactive medications
- Perform recovery procedures from open-heart surgery
- Conduct intubation, extubation, bedside bronchoscopy, and bedside line insertion
Requirements:
- Knowledge of care for intubated patients
- Knowledge of managing patients with titrating vasoactive medications
- ACLS/BLS certifications
