Job Description:

Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Telemetry unit to provide care for patients requiring cardiac monitoring in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms, ensuring prompt notification of any changes to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and health maintenance.

Requirements:

Active IL RN license
Valid certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
Previous completion of at least 1 travel contract
