Job Description:
Registered Nurse required for ICU and ICU-CV Recovery units. Responsible for providing critical care to patients with respiratory failure, sepsis, AMI, ARDS, GI bleed, renal failure, CABG, TAVR, and other conditions. Basic EKG and advanced critical care testing will be part of orientation.
Responsibilities:
- Providing care for patients with conditions such as respiratory failure, sepsis, AMI, ARDS, and more.
- Completing orientation including specific critical care curriculum and floating to MedSurg/Tele units as needed.
- Participating in Rapid responses and managing tele monitoring independently.
Requirements:
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required.
- Previous experience required; no first-time travelers.
- Experience with Cerner EMR and ability to interpret advanced EKG.
