Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated RN to join our ICU team in Pendleton, Oregon. The role involves critical care for patients with conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, and others. Must be comfortable with all age populations in a mixed unit.
Responsibilities:
- Manage unstable vent patients with a 1:1 ratio
- Effectively titrate drips like heparin, vasopressors, and insulin
Requirements:
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Proven experience with ventilator and drip titration
