Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cath Lab/Endovascular

City/State: Rapid City, South Dakota

Shift: 10 Hour Variable, 4x10 Flex, 07:00:00-17:00:00

Contract Length: 89 weeks

Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab/Endovascular department is responsible for delivering specialized nursing care related to endovascular and catheterization procedures, requiring specific experience and skills in areas such as Moderate Sedation and endovascular approaches like TAMBE and PMEG.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform specialized nursing care in the cardiac cath lab.
  • Monitor sedation and gtt titration during procedures.
  • Assist with endovascular procedures including TAMBE and PMEG.
  • Float to assist within the Cath lab for peripheral and structural procedures.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) - South Dakota Board of Nursing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procedure areas.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required.
  • Experience in Cath lab and Moderate Sedation required.
  • TAMBE and PMEG experience are required; candidates will be declined without these qualifications.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, EPIC preferred.
