Description
Job Title: Certified Surgical Tech - CVOR
City/State: Rapid City, South Dakota
Shift: 8 Hour Variable, 07:00:00-15:00:00
Contract Length: 89 weeks
Start Date: 06/08/2026
Job Description:
The Certified Surgical Tech - CVOR is responsible for assisting in surgical operations, primarily within cardiovascular procedures, ensuring sterile conditions, and providing support to the surgical team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms for surgery, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and in place.
- Assist the surgical team during procedures by handing instruments and supplies.
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in Neuro, Ortho, ENT, Trauma, Robotics.
- 2 years of OR Level 1 or 2 trauma experience.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with BLS and CST-NBSTSA preferred.
- Associate degree in healthcare-related field or graduate from an accredited surgical tech program (not required if nationally certified).
- Experience with DaVinci XI and Craniotomy for trauma cases.
