Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Job Description:
Registered Respiratory Therapist needed to provide respiratory care in a large healthcare facility with a minimum staffing of 3 RTs per shift. RRT will administer treatments, set up ventilators, assist with intubation, and perform all RT therapies in various departments including ED, PEDS, ICU, NICU, and MED SURG.
Responsibilities:
- Administer treatments and therapies
- Set up ventilators
- Assist with intubation procedures
- Conduct ABG analysis
- Provide patient and staff education on respiratory therapies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital RRT experience
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALSCRT or NBRC
- Preferred: Prior Meditech experience, PICU experience, NICU experience
