Job Description:

Registered Nurse needed for the Med/Surg unit on the 3rd floor, providing care to patients and collaborating with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care using advanced equipment and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Perform common unit procedures such as IV and foley catheter placements.
• Participate in hourly rounding and ensure high patient experience standards.
• Float between MS units as needed, adhering to the facility's floating policy.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license.
• Certifications in BLS, with NIH and CPI preferred.
• Strong assessment skills, experience with IV pumps, and Pyxis medication dispensing cabinets.
• Required to work every other weekend with flexible weekdays.
• Experience with Meditech documentation system is preferred.
