Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit will primarily work at the Evanston and Glenbrook hospitals, floating as needed to additional locations. The RN will provide critical care and support to patients in a high-acuity environment, maintaining focus on cardiac and neuro aspects.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care within the ICU with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2, sometimes 1:3.
• Utilize EPIC charting effectively to document patient care.

Requirements:

• Possess an active IL License, BLS, and ACLS certifications (CCRN preferred).
• Have a minimum of 2 years of strong ICU experience, with preference for cardiac and neuro experience.
• Submit with a passed EKG test of 80% or higher.
