Job Description:

The RN in the ER will provide patient care and support in a Level III trauma center, handling a variety of common diagnoses including pediatrics, cardiac, STEMIs, and strokes. The nurse will work collaboratively with in-house physicians and mid-level providers to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in the emergency room setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to medical staff.
• Administer medications and start intravenous lines.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements:

• 2 years of ER experience.
• Advanced Dysrhythmia test passing score of 83% before contract signing.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC.
• Must be able to interpret cardiac rhythms and assist in various emergency situations.
