Job Description:

Staff Physical Therapists are responsible for direct patient care, evaluating and treating a variety of individuals based upon setting. The successful candidate will exhibit strong customer service skills, clinical skills, documentation, and patient outcomes. They must practice with high moral and professional standards and be driven toward continuous professional development. Effective time management and teamwork skills are essential qualities that will contribute to the operation of the Health System. Responsibilities include supervision and development of assistants involved in the care of their patients. The role primarily involves outpatient caseloads in a rural health setting, which can include ortho, neuro, and ages 10-100.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1-on-1 outpatient care, with occasional float to inpatient settings.
• Ensure documentation using Epic is completed accurately and promptly.
• Supervise and develop physical therapy assistants involved in patient care.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service, clinical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work well in a team.
• Must reside outside a 60 mile radius.
