Job Description:
Respiratory Therapist will be working with both NICU and adult populations. Responsible for providing respiratory care in a Level 3 NICU and handling general and critical adult care. Must be adept at using NICU-specific technology for patient transport and independent work on night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory care for NICU and adult patients.
- Conduct ground transports and administer Nitric Oxide.
- Work independently in a Level 3 NICU, potentially as the only RRT on night shifts.
Requirements:
- BLS and NRP certifications required for NICU; ACLS/APLS preferred.
- RRT preferred, but CRT with at least 2 years of experience considered.
- Cerner EMR and EPIC experience required; must have 2+ years in a Level 3 NICU.
