Job Description:

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will provide therapeutic services to patients of various age groups, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, handling a variety of conditions such as orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting fall risk assessments and gross motor assessments.
• Providing therapy for orthopedic issues such as Achilles tendonitis, ACL tear, back pain, and other related conditions.
• Managing neuro conditions like cerebral palsy, cognitive impairment, and degenerative diseases.
• Treating cardiopulmonary conditions like COPD.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in outpatient physical therapy across multiple age groups.
• Familiarity with conducting group and concurrent therapy sessions.
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 10 visits per day.
• Adherence to a business casual dress code.
