Job Description:

The Physical Therapy Assistant will be working in Home Health within the greater Sacramento county area. They are responsible for treating a variety of diagnoses, including cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric. The productivity goal is to see five or six patients per day within a 40-hour workweek. Mileage is billable per GSA guidelines, and timesheets need to be properly signed for reimbursement.

Responsibilities:

• Treat patients with various diagnoses, primarily in a home health setting.
• Ensure productivity by seeing five to six patients per day.

Requirements:

• Two supervisory references from the modality submitted to (charge accepted), one within 12 months and one within 3 years worked.
• Candidates may not have been directly employed by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity, within the past year.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
