Job Description:
The Cardiovascular Technologist (CVOR Tech) is a specialized healthcare professional working within the cardiovascular operating room to assist surgeons in performing procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assist during cardiovascular surgeries and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field for surgical procedures.
- Ensure all necessary equipment and instruments are available and functional.
- Coordinate with the surgical team to ensure smooth operations in the CVOR.
Requirements:
- BLS (AHA) certification required.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification via NBSTSA required.
